If you’re the type who loves tightening messy processes, keeping customers moving, and making sure the machine runs smooth, this is a clean entry point. You’ll work in the toll and fleet tech world, handling data, troubleshooting issues, and helping Fleetworthy scale smarter, not louder.
About Fleetworthy
Fleetworthy (formerly Bestpass, Fleetworthy, ExpressTruckTax, and Drivewyze under one brand as of September 2024) is building a “command center” for fleet safety, compliance, toll management, and efficiency. Their connected platform helps fleets reduce risk, save money, and stay beyond compliant while supporting millions of drivers and vehicles.
Schedule
- Remote or Hybrid
- Full-Time
- Compensation range: $35,000–$40,000/year
What You’ll Do
- Process existing customer toll and violation data as needed
- Research and troubleshoot issues, sometimes partnering with toll agencies and internal cross-functional teams
- Maintain and update SOPs; collaborate on new SOP creation as processes evolve
- Look for process improvements and efficiencies, then share ideas and suggestions clearly
- Use Salesforce CRM for internal and customer communications
- Support new account setup tasks
What You Need
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excitement about iterative process improvement and innovation
- Growth mindset and commitment to outcomes
- Comfort researching problems and troubleshooting calmly
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook preferred)
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s is a plus
- Ability to align with Fleetworthy’s core values (People 1st, Trust, Every Trip Matters, Always Innovating, Mindset)
Benefits
- Not listed in the post (you’ll want to confirm healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and any home office support during the recruiter screen)
Quick reality check (so you don’t waste time): the pay is entry-level. This role makes sense if you want a foot in the door at a fleet tech company and you’re looking to level up into ops, process, customer success, or systems work. If you’re trying to replace a mid-career salary, this will feel tight.
Happy Hunting,
