Schedule
• Part-time, fully remote (equipment provided)
• Must be able to work:
• Monday and Friday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST
• Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM CST
• No benefits or PTO provided (unless required by state law)
What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound calls and text messages to help customers remain compliant
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and email customers for retention and collections
• Set up and follow up on payment plans, settlements, and “promise to pay” commitments
• Organize daily work to hit deadlines and department KPIs
• Handle special projects and other tasks as assigned
What You Need
• Strong English communication skills (verbal + written)
• 2+ years in customer service, collections, or sales (strongly preferred)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong listening skills with the ability to guide customers toward resolution
• Problem-solving and analytical ability to assess options and choose the best path
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment
• Discretion with sensitive information and strong confidentiality habits
• Motivation to hit goals and earn performance incentives
