Schedule
• Remote (must reside in the United States)
• Full-time
• Start date: February 2, 2026
• Shift options (Central Time): 11:00 AM–7:30 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to prospective B2C customers who need the product (no cold calling)
• Listen, identify needs, and address concerns with confidence and empathy
• Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment
• Upsell additional products that fit the customer’s situation
• Follow up quickly and consistently to move customers through the process
• Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to track activity and stay organized
What You Need
• 1+ year of inbound sales or commission-based retail sales experience
• Goal-driven mindset (you like targets and you like winning)
• Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Comfort with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Remote work experience preferred (not required)
