Senture supports members by helping them access healthcare services and stay proactive about their health. The Member Engagement team focuses on outreach and scheduling, connecting members with licensed providers for at-home or virtual evaluations.
Schedule
• Fully remote (U.S.)
• Call center hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern; Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Eastern
• 2 weeks paid, mandatory training (100% attendance required)
• Equipment provided
• Pay: $13/hour base, plus performance incentives (eligible after training)
What You’ll Do
• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer (about 85% outbound, 15% inbound)
• Use scripts to explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with licensed providers
• Handle objections using prepared rebuttals and persuasive, professional communication
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments using multiple systems at once
• Hit daily metrics for calls, appointments, handle time, and productivity while following HIPAA and reporting complaints as required
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent bilingual Spanish and English (read, write, and speak)
• Comfort in a results-driven outbound call center environment with back-to-back calls and auto-dialers
• Strong persuasive communication (sales experience preferred)
• Ability to follow a fixed schedule, accept coaching, and maintain confidentiality
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
