Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- Monday–Friday
- Must be available during business hours: 8:00am–5:30pm CST
What You’ll Do
- Work an assigned patient pool and make outbound calls to Medicare patients
- Educate patients on the care coordination program and enroll them when they agree to participate
- Build rapport quickly and tailor your approach based on demographics, health concerns, and insurance
- Maintain high call volume (expect 80%+ of your day on the phone)
- Take thorough notes and complete accurate data entry while on calls
- Use patient-focused empathy while still hitting deadlines and performance metrics
- Work within a team environment and show leadership through consistency and strong performance
- Navigate multiple software platforms (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
What You Need
- Strong people skills and a patient-first mindset
- Proven ability to perform in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication: informational, influential, concise, and personable
- Warm, professional phone etiquette
- Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask in real time
- Comfort learning and using multiple software tools
- Associate degree or higher
