What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between loanDepot Operations and condo or co-op management companies
- Request and collect all required project documentation from internal and external parties
- Review documentation to confirm the project meets eligibility requirements and agency or investor guidelines
- Maintain working knowledge of condo project approval guidelines (per the Specialist/Program Matrix)
- Meet or exceed SLAs and daily department efficiency expectations
- Communicate status updates clearly to internal operations and production partners
- Deliver strong customer service and transparency throughout the approval process
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Condo Specialist I and II
- Support additional duties and projects as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a similar field
- Mortgage industry experience preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
- Strong ability to manage documentation, compliance review, and time-sensitive workflows
