What You’ll Do
- Deliver closed loan file inventory to secondary investors based on required bundles and stacking requirements
- Manage and follow up on loan delivery and MERS pipelines to keep timelines on track
- Oversee detitling of manufactured homes for construction and exception loans
- Upload and image missing documents into the system of record to complete loan stacks and checklists
- Review and interpret agency and investor requirements, confirm overlays, and validate file compliance
- Complete MERS initial registrations and transfers in line with warehouse, investor, and servicer rules
- Track and codify post-insuring issues to identify process improvements and reduce repeat errors
- Escalate trends and issues to the Director for visibility, communication, and training updates
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of mortgage experience
- Working knowledge of closing documentation
- 6+ months of loan delivery experience preferred
- Familiarity with loan sale requirements across products (Conventional/HAMP, VA, FHA, USDA)
- MERS experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort adapting to change and managing multiple competing priorities
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High urgency and ability to meet strict delivery and insuring deadlines
