What You’ll Do
⦁ Make outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities and close sales
⦁ Build an online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to generate leads and grow your Booksy brand
⦁ Use email outreach, social selling, and multi-channel contact strategies to drive conversion
⦁ Own your pipeline and follow Booksy’s sales methodology to hit monthly targets and KPIs
⦁ Track every interaction and lead progression in Salesforce with strong CRM hygiene
⦁ Stay disciplined, consistent, and results-focused in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
What You Need
⦁ Proven outbound sales experience with real results
⦁ Comfort using Salesforce to manage a funnel, log activity, and analyze pipeline performance
⦁ Google Workspace proficiency
⦁ Persistence and resilience, especially when facing rejection or changing priorities
⦁ Strong persuasion skills and the ability to win people over
⦁ Goal-driven mindset and habits that support consistent execution
