• Full-time, fully remote
• Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:30 PM EST
• Must have a private, secure workspace free from distractions
• Reliable internet required: 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up minimum
• Must be available during business hours for unexpected calls and meetings
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer incoming customer support calls and help resolve questions in real time
⦁ Respond to email inquiries with clear, professional communication and strong follow-through
⦁ Join screen share sessions with clients to troubleshoot issues and align expectations
⦁ Attend team meetings to identify patterns, share improvements, and strengthen support processes
⦁ Document issues, solutions, and recurring themes to help improve the overall customer experience
⦁ Stay accessible and responsive during your assigned schedule to meet support needs
What You Need
⦁ Customer service experience (required)
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Ability to work remotely, stay focused, and manage time without constant supervision
⦁ Strong critical thinking and comfort solving “figure it out” problems
⦁ Comfort using computers and learning new software quickly
⦁ Team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate and improve
