Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
• Monitor agency inboxes, process emails, and route renewal items to the appropriate Account Manager
• Respond to client requests for policy changes and other service needs
• Process or route certificate of insurance (COI) requests
• Support marketing and quoting efforts alongside Account Managers
• Assist clients with filing and updating insurance claims
• Prepare renewal certificates and related documentation
• Document all client interactions in the agency management system
• Follow established procedures for binders, cancellations, ID cards, and internal tasks
• Provide phone support and serve as backup on client calls when needed
• Participate in team meetings, carrier webinars, and continuing education
• Manage workload to hit deadlines while maintaining strong client, carrier, and vendor relationships
What You Need
• High school diploma or GED
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Customer service experience in insurance (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized with strong follow-through
• Comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) plus Teams/Zoom
• Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally
• Working knowledge of insurance products, rating, underwriting, and interpreting insurance forms
