What You’ll Do
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers behind on loan payments
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements using Enova’s required call flow to bring accounts current
• Resolve late-payment concerns and complex issues with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
• Explain the impact of overdue payments and guide customers toward workable solutions
• Document customer interactions, payment plans, and outcomes accurately in Enova’s database
• Stay focused, organized, and on-schedule while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume debt collections environment (inbound and outbound) and meeting call volume targets
• Strong conflict resolution skills with active listening and proven de-escalation techniques
• Solid negotiation skills that balance policy compliance with real customer empathy
• Strong remote-work discipline: time management, schedule adherence, attention to detail, and multitasking
• Quick thinking and logical problem-solving under pressure
