Schedule
- Remote, full-time (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do
⦁ Take customer inquiries and advocate for members with empathy and clarity
⦁ Help customers understand benefits and claims, and guide them to the right resources
⦁ Research issues, document outcomes, and resolve concerns end-to-end
⦁ Anticipate needs and offer proactive solutions
⦁ Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve outcomes
⦁ Maintain confidentiality and follow CVS/Aetna policies and Code of Conduct
What You Need
⦁ 6+ months customer service experience
⦁ Basic computer skills
⦁ Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and multitasking ability
⦁ High-speed internet and a telework-ready setup
⦁ Flexibility with work hours as business needs change
⦁ High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
⦁ 1+ year contact center experience (calls/chats/email)
⦁ 1+ year healthcare-related experience (claims/provider/medical/dental)
⦁ Microsoft Office experience
