What You’ll Do
⦁ Proactively reach out to potential clients across phone, email, SMS, and other channels to drive conversions
⦁ Use tailored communication to understand client needs and guide them through decisions and next steps
⦁ Help clients navigate obstacles in the process through strong problem solving and follow through
⦁ Track interactions and manage leads using CRM tools (Zendesk or similar)
⦁ Review performance against conversion goals, seek feedback, and apply improvements to your approach
⦁ Support inbound calls for Client Happiness Origination when needed
What You Need
⦁ 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and or customer success, ideally consultative or relationship based
⦁ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset
⦁ Results driven approach with comfort owning targets and pushing past them
⦁ Ability to build long term client relationships while delivering high quality service
