What You’ll Do
⦁ Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers who are delinquent on loan payments
⦁ Negotiate payment arrangements and bring accounts current while following Enova’s call flow
⦁ Resolve customer concerns around late payments with professionalism and empathy
⦁ Clearly explain consequences of overdue payments and help customers find workable solutions
⦁ Document customer interactions, payment plans, and account updates accurately in Enova’s system
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of experience in a high volume debt collections environment (inbound and outbound), consistently meeting call targets
⦁ Strong conflict resolution skills, including active listening and de escalation techniques
⦁ Proven negotiation ability that balances policy adherence with real customer empathy
⦁ Solid self management for remote work, including time management, schedule adherence, and strong attention to detail
⦁ Ability to think fast, stay logical, and solve problems effectively under pressure
