Schedule
Remote, full-time.
Requires working West Coast hours and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
Must be available for core business hours (8am–5pm EST), varied shifts, and holidays as needed.
Home setup required: quiet private workspace and reliable high-speed (25+ Mbps) wired internet.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Support customers via phone, webform, and chat with clear, accurate, empathetic communication
⦁ Answer eCommerce questions and provide product information, guiding customers to the right next steps
⦁ Identify issues quickly, determine the best solution, and resolve efficiently
⦁ Use Customer Care platforms to capture key details and keep records clean (Salesforce is a plus)
⦁ Meet performance expectations for customer satisfaction, quality, and resolution time
⦁ Contribute ideas to improve workflows, processes, and the overall customer experience
What You Need
⦁ Verbal fluency in English and Spanish, plus strong grammar in both languages
⦁ 0–1 year customer service experience (healthcare or wellness experience is a plus) or equivalent experience
⦁ Comfort learning new systems quickly; strong technical aptitude (Salesforce experience a plus)
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment
⦁ Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage your workload independently
⦁ Ability to lift up to 12 pounds and sit at a computer for extended periods

⦁ Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour (OTE includes base plus variable component)
