What You’ll Do
⦁ Call pending and “no show” accounts to reschedule missed installation appointments
⦁ Follow up with pending accounts to schedule initial installations
⦁ Re-engage prospect accounts, overcome objections, take payment, and book installations
⦁ Work customer-provided lists quickly and consistently to keep pipeline moving
⦁ Navigate the full sales process from lead creation to closing to installation
⦁ Use multiple tools at once and stay accurate (phone systems, email, chat, Microsoft Excel)
⦁ Complete competitive shop calls as needed and follow shipping rules, guidelines, and pricing

What You Need
⦁ High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
⦁ 0–3 years of sales experience
⦁ Strong verbal communication skills and comfort making outbound calls
⦁ Motivation to control your income through commission
⦁ Ability to work fast, stay organized, and keep details straight across systems
