Schedule
• 100% remote within the U.S.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
• 30 to 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do
• Support patients via phone, email, and in-app messaging with timely, thoughtful responses
• Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, relaying critical information accurately
• Guide patients through scheduling, telehealth services, and general questions about Allara’s services
• Communicate billing updates from the finance team to patients clearly and respectfully
• Provide personalized support so patients feel cared for and informed throughout their journey
• Maintain high accuracy when handling and relaying sensitive patient information
• Identify common pain points and share insights to improve the patient experience
• Stay up to date on Allara’s evolving offerings so your guidance stays accurate
What You Need
• 1.5+ years in customer support and/or patient-facing roles (remote experience preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to build rapport and handle complex conversations
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Creative problem-solving and strong coordination instincts
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and handling sensitive data
• Medical reception and EHR familiarity preferred
• Quiet, private workspace for confidential patient communication
