What You’ll Do
⦁ Leverage your existing insurance relationships to identify and refer qualified agencies to COVU
⦁ Introduce COVU’s value proposition to agency decision-makers and key stakeholders
⦁ Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand your referral pipeline
⦁ Follow up with referred agencies to support a smooth introduction and transition
⦁ Track referrals and commissions through COVU’s dashboard and maintain light reporting
What You Need
⦁ Experience in insurance sales (territory rep, sales exec, or similar)
⦁ Strong existing relationships with independent insurance agencies, ideally those over $2M in Gross Written Premium (GWP)
⦁ Self-starter mindset with comfort generating leads through your network
⦁ Strong communication skills and confidence pitching a clear, consultative value proposition
