• Project-based work within a cross-functional team environment (designers, artists, project managers)
What You’ll Do
• Review visual content using editorial guidelines and art direction standards
• Make consistent editorial decisions so assets align with project goals
• Analyze and interpret visual styles to ensure correct dataset representation
• Spot subtle errors like design inconsistencies, color mismatches, spacing, and alignment issues
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve visual training data quality
• Perform quality assurance reviews to confirm datasets meet specifications and standards
• Partner with data collection teams to ensure sourced assets meet requirements
• Collaborate with creatives and stakeholders to keep visual output coherent
• Stay current on visual trends, tools, and emerging design practices through learning and training
What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, Motion Design, or related field (or currently attending design school)
• Experience in graphic design, advertising, motion design, VFX, post-production, or CGI
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, style, and art direction
• Sharp attention to detail and a reliable “error-spotting” eye
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bonus: familiarity with training data evaluation and QA standards
