Schedule
• Fully remote within the U.S.
• 32 hours per week
• Contract type: 3-month 1099 contract (potential extension)

What You’ll Do
• Build deep pipelines of physicians and advanced practice clinicians across active specialties
• Jump into new specialty areas quickly as Allara expands
• Run high-volume outbound outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, Indeed, specialty boards, associations, and other channels that work
• Constantly test and improve messaging, channels, and sourcing tactics
• Partner closely with the Clinical Talent team on hiring needs, timelines, licensure nuances, APRN supervision requirements, and volume goals
• Pre-qualify providers quickly and hand off warm, engaged candidates
• Share market intel: where talent is, what they want, and how to win them
• Hit aggressive weekly and monthly sourcing targets
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Move fast without sacrificing quality, professionalism, or candidate experience

What You Need
• 5+ years of physician and APRN sourcing experience in a high-growth environment
• Proven success sourcing across multiple specialties
• Strong track record of aggressive outbound sourcing and hitting ambitious pipeline goals
• Telehealth, multi-state, or high-growth healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and specialty sourcing channels
• Data-driven, scrappy, and creative approach to finding talent
• Ability to work independently, iterate quickly, and thrive in a high-accountability environment
• Strong communication skills and provider-facing professionalism

• Pay: $70–$80 per hour (dependent on experience)
