Schedule
- Remote 1099 contractor role
- Must live in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Utah, or Nevada
- Weekdays only, work completed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET
- Minimum 20 to 25 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Make high volume outbound calls to Medicare patients using CircleLink’s enrollment software
- Clearly explain the monthly check in program, benefits, eligibility, and expectations
- Answer questions with empathy and accuracy so patients fully understand what they are signing up for
- Motivate and encourage patients to enroll while confidently handling objections
- Build trust quickly and keep conversations productive and respectful
- Document every call and interaction in the system with 100 percent accuracy
- Track common questions or issues and share feedback with management
- Stay up to date on program details and best practices for patient outreach
What You Need
- At least 2 years of outbound phone sales experience
- Proven experience with high volume cold calling and appointment setting or enrollments
- Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
- Strong closing skills and comfort working toward performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills and a clear, professional phone presence
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software tools
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving ability during live calls
- Patient first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Detail oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation
- Self directed and able to work independently while consistently meeting goals
Benefits
