Schedule

  • Status: Part-time, remote
  • Rate: $14.50 per hour
  • Shifts:
    • Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (local time)
    • OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Must have reliable high speed internet for remote work

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to process and confirm customer orders
  • Handle an average of up to 110 customer interactions per eight hour shift once fully ramped
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support
  • Enter and update orders in the company’s order management system
  • Follow up on pending items and call customers back with results when needed
  • Troubleshoot routine and more complex order issues, escalating to a supervisor when appropriate
  • Learn and support additional call center tasks as cross trained
  • Adhere to your assigned schedule and productivity expectations

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional, friendly phone presence
  • Solid verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Ability to type 35 to 40 words per minute
  • Comfortable working on a computer and navigating multiple screens
  • Good organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Problem solving skills and sound decision making
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
  • Flexibility and comfort with process changes
  • Medical terminology or healthcare experience is a plus, not required
  • Reliable high speed internet and a quiet space to work remotely
