As an Accounts Receivable Analyst II, you help keep cash flowing and books clean by owning key invoicing and AR control processes.
Schedule
⦁ Full-time, remote role within the United States
⦁ Standard weekday business hours (exact schedule set with your team)
⦁ Collaboration with AR, finance, and cross-functional partners
What You’ll Do
⦁ Maintain AR customer files, including the setup of new customers, to meet client invoicing requirements
⦁ Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
⦁ Support monthly and yearly close processes, including audit-related requests
⦁ Respond to inquiries from customers and internal partners regarding invoices and account status
⦁ Perform monthly and quarterly controls to ensure all invoices are processed correctly and supported by proper documentation
⦁ Cross-train and assist with other AR functions such as cash posting and collections as needed
What You Need
⦁ Experience working in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance/AR role
⦁ Oracle experience (required)
⦁ RecVue experience (highly preferred)
⦁ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
⦁ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
⦁ High integrity, proactive mindset, and comfort working independently in a remote setting
⦁ Clear written and verbal communication skills
