As a Medicaid Claims Processor, you will focus on accurate, timely review and resolution of simple to moderately complex Medicaid claims. BroadPath offers structure, training, and clear production standards so you know exactly what success looks like in a virtual environment.
Schedule
- Fully remote within the United States
- Training: 1 week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. AZ time
- Production: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. AZ time
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Process incoming Medicaid claims according to all client policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Verify that required data fields are complete and supporting medical records are attached when needed
- Flag and refer claims for medical review when appropriate
- Maintain accuracy and speed while working in a virtual work from home setting
- Balance production goals with quality standards to support a smooth claims experience
What You Need
- At least 2 years of recent health insurance claims processing experience
- Ability to maintain strong performance across both production and quality metrics
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a polished business communication style
- Reliable work habits, strong follow through, and comfort working independently from home
- Ability to collaborate virtually with a remote team
- Preferred: prior Medicaid claims experience, prior work from home experience, and exposure to IDX, AHCCCS, Citrix, Siebel, HPIS, DataNet, Excel, or SharePoint
