What You’ll Do

⦁ Build and maintain strong pipelines of physicians and APRNs across all active specialties

⦁ Quickly jump into new specialty areas as Allara expands, without losing momentum

⦁ Drive high volume, high quality outbound sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, Indeed, specialty boards, associations, and other channels

⦁ Constantly test, refine, and improve sourcing messages, channels, and tactics based on performance

⦁ Partner closely with the Clinical Talent team to understand needs, timelines, state licensure, APRN supervision requirements, and volume goals

⦁ Pre qualify providers rapidly and hand off warm, engaged leads for the recruiting team to move forward

⦁ Share candidate market insights so the team knows where talent is, what they want, and how to win them

⦁ Hit aggressive weekly and monthly sourcing and outreach targets

⦁ Maintain accurate, up to date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

⦁ Protect the candidate experience while moving quickly and operating at scale

What You Need

⦁ At least 5 years of physician and APRN sourcing experience in a high growth environment

⦁ Proven success sourcing across multiple specialties and markets

⦁ Strong track record of high output outbound sourcing and hitting ambitious pipeline goals

⦁ Experience in telehealth, multi state, or high growth healthcare strongly preferred

⦁ Deep familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and specialty specific sourcing channels

⦁ Scrappy, data driven mindset with a creative approach to finding and engaging talent

⦁ Ability to work independently, move fast, and deliver in a dynamic, high accountability setting

⦁ Exceptional communication skills and polished provider facing professionalism
