Schedule
- Regular full time, 40 hours per week
- Standard shift for this role: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- One weekend day required
- Core villa sales hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern (subject to change)
- 100 percent remote within eligible U.S. states
- Must reside in the United States; not hiring in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, or PA
What You’ll Do
- Handle all company supplied villa leads in a polite, enthusiastic, and sales minded way that follows WTH sales guidelines
- Ask smart questions to understand each customer’s full vacation needs and recommend villa products and add ons that create a full experience
- Work with villa suppliers to confirm availability, manage holds, and invoice customers once they decide to book
- Clearly explain terms and conditions, policies, and important details related to villa reservations and strongly recommend trip protection
- Enter reservations using company reservation and invoicing systems, ensuring complete and accurate customer information and timely delivery of invoices, contracts, and documents
- Complete paperwork, administrative tasks, and other non phone work needed to process villa rentals efficiently
- Live out the Villa “Guest First” philosophy in every interaction
- Build rapport and long term relationships with customers that lead to repeat bookings and referrals
- Maintain periodic contact with existing and prospective clients through outbound outreach to grow your book of business
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals aligned with WTH luxury brand quality standards
- Address customer concerns and complaints, looping in a supervisor or Customer Service when appropriate
- Collaborate with peers within the villa division using the Buddy System framework
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as assigned
- Grow product and destination knowledge by completing required online, on demand courses
What You Need
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, timeshare sales, or travel
- Comfort and success working with affluent clientele is a plus
- Strong destination knowledge of popular luxury locations such as France, Italy, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, and the Caribbean
- Highly motivated to sell with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with personable, professional phone etiquette
- Self disciplined and accountable, with a focus on hitting goals and continuous learning
- Proficiency with the internet and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A dedicated home office space free of distractions and high speed internet with minimum speeds of 20 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download
- Home office must not be in the same residence as another current World Travel Holdings at home employee
- Ability to work a flexible full time schedule within core villa sales hours
- Residency in an eligible U.S. state
