Schedule
- Full time, remote
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. AZ, for 1 week
- Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. AZ
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Process simple to moderately complex Medicaid claims following client policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Verify that all required data fields are present and complete on each claim.
- Confirm that necessary medical records are attached and review them when needed.
- Refer claims for medical review when appropriate.
- Maintain accuracy and speed while meeting production and quality expectations.
- Work effectively from home in a virtual environment and collaborate with your team as needed.
What You Need
- At least 2 years of recent health insurance claims processing experience.
- Ability to balance both production and quality requirements consistently.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Comfort working independently from home while staying connected to a remote team.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Preferred but not required:
- Prior Medicaid claims processing experience.
- Previous work from home experience.
- Experience with systems such as IDX, AHCCCS, Citrix, Siebel, HPIS, DataNet, Excel, or SharePoint.
