- Collaborate virtually with product, engineering, and design leaders across time zones
What You’ll Do
- Partner with product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements, project goals, and overall experience
- Lead the end to end design process from concept, flows, and wireframes through high fidelity UI design and developer ready handoff
- Use Figma to design and prototype responsive interfaces for web, desktop, mobile, and tablet
- Conduct user research and usability testing, analyze findings, and translate insights into clear design decisions
- Create and maintain design artifacts such as personas, user journeys, and interaction flows to guide product decisions
- Evolve and maintain a robust design system, style guides, and reusable UI patterns that keep experiences consistent and scalable
- Leverage and extend Keeper’s brand and design system across all digital properties
- Stay current on UX and UI trends, tools, and best practices and advocate for continuous improvement in design processes
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to turn complex cybersecurity problems into simple, empowering user experiences
What You Need
- At least 3 years of experience in product design with a portfolio that demonstrates strong user centered design and interaction skills
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human computer interaction, or equivalent experience
- High proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and presenting work to stakeholders
- Experience planning and running user research and usability tests and turning results into actionable design improvements
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience designing for multiple platforms and devices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain and advocate for design decisions
- Ability to solve problems in ambiguous environments, learn complex products, and adapt quickly
- Passion for crafting elegant, accessible, and thoughtful user experiences with strong attention to detail
