Schedule
• Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
• Monday through Friday
• Requires secure access to EMRs and CorroHealth systems
• Independent but highly collaborative role

What You’ll Do
• Reconcile CDI and coding outcomes to ensure accurate DRG assignment
• Review discrepancies between CDI specialists and coders, resolving variances
• Audit Physician Audit reviews to validate correct documentation and coding
• Ensure all clinical documentation meets payer, regulatory, and compliance standards
• Identify trends in documentation and coding errors and provide actionable feedback
• Collaborate with CDI, coding, and physician teams to improve documentation processes
• Develop and deliver education based on audit findings
• Prepare reports detailing reconciliation results, metrics, and recommendations
• Maintain expert knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across teams

What You Need
• Bachelor’s in Nursing, HIM, or related field; or equivalent clinical experience
• 3–5 years of CDI, coding, or clinical auditing experience
• CCS (or equivalent coding certification) required
• CCDS or CDIP preferred
• Strong background in DRG validation and physician audit processes
• Proficiency with coding software and EHRs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
