Schedule
• Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Requires reliable phone, internet, and a secure home office
• Works across multiple facilities and state-specific billing guidelines

What You’ll Do
• Code E/M, laboratory, radiology, rehab, and primary care services using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and Level I/II modifiers
• Code outpatient facility ancillary and clinic services as needed
• Work within Cerner and/or Meditech (experience required or strongly preferred)
• Maintain daily documentation including Masterlog entries and Time Allocation reporting
• Identify coding trends, errors, and workflow issues and report them to management
• Manage daily coding queues and prioritize assignments
• Communicate account inquiries directly with clients when needed
• Ensure compliance with all coding guidelines, payer rules, and internal standards
• Protect PHI and follow all privacy/security regulations

What You Need
• Active AAPC or AHIMA coding certification
• Professional fee coding experience including E/M, primary care, and ancillary services
• Experience coding Annual Wellness Visits, office procedures, lab, radiology, and rehab
• Familiarity with multiple MACs, state billing guidelines, and facility-level variations
• Proficiency with EMRs (Cerner and/or Meditech strongly preferred)
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills
• Ability to analyze documentation, recognize issues, and meet high accuracy standards
• Reliable phone, internet, and current coding references
