Schedule
• Full-time
• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
• Remote within the U.S. only
• Phone-heavy role (approximately 90% of the day)
Responsibilities
• Call payers to schedule Peer-to-Peer calls with CorroHealth Medical Directors
• Follow up with payers on overdue Peer-to-Peer cases
• Document all communication in CorroHealth’s internal systems
• Update account status across multiple databases
• Support case entry, Peer-to-Peer coordination, and appeals workflows
• Work independently while collaborating with the broader team as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA/HITECH compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong phone communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems
• Strong problem-solving and initiative-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel (including formulas, multi-sheet workbooks, copy/paste, formatting)
• Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM
• Call center experience preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial denial processes is a plus
• Experience with hospital EMRs and payer portals preferred
