Schedule
• Fully remote within the United States
• Sun–Thurs, 12 pm–8 pm ET
• 32–40 hours per week
• Requires a private workspace and reliable internet for confidential patient communication
Responsibilities
• Coordinate lab orders, prescription refills, pre-authorizations, and other medical requests
• Manage incoming faxes, documentation, and patient forms while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Relay provider updates, care recommendations, and next steps to patients with accuracy and empathy
• Support patients via phone, email, and in-app messaging; ensure timely responses
• Assist patients with scheduling, telehealth questions, and care plan navigation
• Maintain accurate patient information and update providers and internal teams
• Stay current on Allara’s clinical workflows to support seamless care delivery
Requirements
• 1.5+ years in medical reception, patient coordination, telehealth support, or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple clinical workflows
• Comfortable navigating EHR systems (preferred) and working with sensitive data
• Technically proficient; able to use several systems at once
• Quiet home workspace with strong internet connection
