Schedule
• Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
• Required shift: 10am–6pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday–Friday
• Customer contact via phone, chat, and email
What You’ll Do
• Guide potential customers through our online insurance shopping experience and help them obtain accurate plan quotes.
• Support existing customers by resolving administrative and billing questions quickly and thoroughly.
• Document all interactions in our support CRM and maintain accurate, clear case notes.
• Deliver fast, empathetic, high-quality customer service across high-volume communication channels.
• Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process or product improvements.
• Represent the SimplyInsured mission with clarity, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
What You Need
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong multitasking ability with comfort in high-volume environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with support ticketing or CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Passion for helping people—especially when it comes to their health
• Comfort working in a startup environment and adjusting to fast-moving changes
