This role drives quality, culture, compliance, and operational success by mentoring Directors of Clinical Services and providing hands-on support in building high-performing clinical teams.

• Remotwe role based in Texas
• Approximately 60% travel throughout the region
• Collaboration with Market Leaders, Executive Directors, and clinical leadership teams
• High autonomy with strong leadership expectations
What You’ll Do
• Support agencies in developing and implementing systems to monitor clinical operations, performance improvement, and education
• Guide orientation, competency validation, and ongoing professional development to strengthen staff retention
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor key clinical leaders with the goal of developing future C-level owners
• Partner with Market Leaders to build consistent culture, community engagement, compliance, and financial performance
• Respond to field needs related to systems, processes, best practices, and education
• Provide direct leadership development to DCS/DORs across the market
• Drive improved outcomes through efficient, high-quality care delivery
What You Need
• Licensed Registered Nurse or related clinical license (PT/OT/ST)
• Minimum five years of experience in home health and/or hospice
• Previous experience as an agency leader
• Strong understanding of home health/hospice regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or confidential information
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and lead teams through change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based clinical tools
