Schedule

• Collaboration with the Legal and M&A teams
• Occasional deadlines tied to active transactions
What You’ll Do
• Draft and manage confidentiality agreements and letters of intent during early M&A stages
• Create and maintain due-diligence checklists, track documents, and research licenses, permits, and vehicle titles
• Review company records and assist with preparing closing agendas
• Conduct public record searches and draft documents such as bills of sale and stock certificates
• Coordinate execution of closing documents and support the legal team across multiple active transactions
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and organization across all legal workflows
What You Need
• Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum two years of paralegal experience (M&A or corporate law preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of legal document preparation and management
• Excellent research skills and familiarity with legal databases
• Ability to handle multiple moving parts under tight deadlines
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
