- Full-time remote role (US only)
- Salary range: $100,000–$120,000
- High collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and RTEs within SAFe frameworks
What You’ll Do
⦁ Organize, refine, and enhance QA processes to support project goals and agile delivery
⦁ Lead the adoption of agile QA practices and ensure alignment with iterative development cycles
⦁ Oversee automated testing and integrate automation into CI/CD workflows
⦁ Develop comprehensive test plans, track risks, and coordinate resolution with key stakeholders
⦁ Partner with Product, Engineering, and Release teams to maintain clear communication and visibility
⦁ Define, track, and report quality metrics while driving initiatives that improve product quality
⦁ Explore and introduce new QA tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency
⦁ Manage QA resources, mentor the team, and support professional growth and hiring efforts
⦁ Lead onboarding, training, and development for QA team members
What You Need
⦁ Experience in a QA Team Lead or QA Manager role
⦁ Strong expertise in QA methodologies, automation, Agile testing, and test management
⦁ Experience with digital payment solutions strongly preferred
⦁ Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
⦁ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
⦁ Experience with AI-driven QA tools for test generation or automation is a strong plus
⦁ English proficiency (B2 or above)
