- Works closely with Product, Technology, Payment Operations, and vendor partners
- Salary range: $79,000–$89,000
What You’ll Do
⦁ Support the end-to-end operationalization of new payment products, ensuring smooth integration into One Inc’s platform
⦁ Define, document, and implement workflows, SOPs, process maps, and operational controls
⦁ Design controls to meet regulatory and compliance standards, reducing risk and improving reliability
⦁ Partner across Product, Technology, Business, and Operations teams to drive successful launches
⦁ Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize workflows and eliminate operational inefficiencies
⦁ Create training materials and deliver training sessions for internal teams
⦁ Monitor post-launch performance and address operational issues based on KPIs and SLAs
⦁ Lead reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying automation and scalability opportunities
⦁ Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with best practices and industry requirements
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
⦁ 5+ years of experience in the payment industry
⦁ Knowledge of digital payments, fintech, SaaS, or related operating models
⦁ Strong understanding of payment flows (ACH, credit/debit, RTP)
⦁ Experience in regulated environments (insurance, banking); familiarity with PCI-DSS, NACHA, AML/KYC a plus
⦁ Proficiency with workflow tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
⦁ Strong documentation skills and comfort building SOPs and process maps
⦁ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
⦁ Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities
⦁ Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required
