What You’ll Do
⦁ Proactively sell One Inc’s Digital Payment Platform into the Life and Health insurance market
⦁ Build, manage, and expand a revenue-driving territory with a strong future pipeline
⦁ Lead enterprise sales cycles with C-level executives, guiding both pre- and post-sales strategy
⦁ Drive high-impact presentations across business and technical audiences
⦁ Maintain accurate CRM records and follow established sales process requirements
⦁ Stay sharp on One Inc’s products, competitive landscape, and market positioning
⦁ Meet and exceed assigned revenue quotas through disciplined pipeline management
⦁ Maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new opportunities
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
⦁ 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
⦁ Deep familiarity with the Life Insurance industry
⦁ Demonstrated ability to build and grow a territory
⦁ Proven record of meeting and surpassing quotas
⦁ Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
⦁ Exceptional communication and professionalism
⦁ Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, competitive environment
