- Works closely with Pricing Leads, Settlement Teams, Sales, and Customer Relationship Managers
What You’ll Do
⦁ Analyze statements and complete ROI worksheets for pricing new prospects, recommending structures that maximize profitability
⦁ Conduct ROI analyses and repricing evaluations for existing clients
⦁ Audit client profitability by comparing revenue against hard and soft costs
⦁ Provide margin-improvement recommendations to Pricing Leads and Sales
⦁ Review monthly invoices from sponsor banks, processors, and vendors to ensure accuracy and contract compliance
⦁ Prepare monthly metrics that illustrate portfolio profitability trends and improvement actions
⦁ Track and report on cost-saving and revenue-generating initiatives
⦁ Support special projects with deeper pricing and profitability analysis
⦁ Assist cross-functional partners with insights tied to payments, banking, and interchange structures
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
⦁ 3+ years in financial services
⦁ 2+ years of payments industry experience focused on interchange, pricing, and merchant profitability
⦁ Expert-level Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
⦁ Understanding of payments operations (credit cards, ACH, chargebacks, returns)
⦁ Strong analytical, investigative, and time-management skills
⦁ Ability to balance multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and clarity
⦁ Excellent communication skills and comfort working independently or within a team
⦁ Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
