Responsibilities
- Manage listings, respond to inquiries, and handle transaction documentation
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects from multiple lead sources
- Track leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers using a CRM system
- Coordinate staging, repairs, open houses, and promotional events
- Gather and organize market insights and neighborhood amenity information
- Schedule appointments and meetings between buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents
- Perform general administrative duties
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant business certification
- At least 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in CRM and Multiple Listing Software
- Skilled in property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium)
- Content writing or copywriting experience
- Working knowledge of content management systems
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, B2 level or higher)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Working webcam
- Computer with minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Primary internet: 25 Mbps minimum (cable/wired)
- Backup internet: 10 Mbps minimum

Salary:
- Entry Level (1–3 years): up to $3,200 per month
- Intermediate (3–5 years): up to $4,000 per month
- Expert Level (5+ years): up to $5,000 per month
