Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and screen high-volume candidates using diverse recruiting techniques
- Manage pipelines using data and deliver clear hiring updates to stakeholders
- Become an expert at communicating Pomelo’s mission, culture, and growth story
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling at all hiring stages
- Build relationships with prospective talent to maintain a strong pipeline
- Maintain feedback loops with all internal teams involved in clinical recruitment
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Startup experience required
- One to three years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for healthcare roles is a plus
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and data-driven pipeline management
- Skilled at direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, sourcing boards, networking)
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Highly organized, self-directed, and solutions-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling teams in fast-paced environments
- Background recruiting across multiple functional areas
Benefits
