Their virtual care platform engages patients early, performs individualized risk assessments, and delivers coordinated support throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. Success is measured through reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections, and maternal mortality—helping families thrive while reducing healthcare costs.

- Occasional travel for conferences and employer events
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality net-new opportunities through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences, and targeted social selling
- Craft value-driven messaging that engages employer buyers and sparks interest
- Partner closely with Account Executives and marketing to build customized outreach and collateral
- Secure meetings with leaders across HR, benefits, and C-suite roles using persistence, creativity, and strong communication
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to track outreach, engagement, and pipeline progress
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly lead generation targets
- Assist with conference-based prospecting and follow-up
Requirements
- Two or more years of successful outbound sales development or lead generation experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong ability to write persuasive emails and outreach messages
- Skilled in phone outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and multi-channel engagement
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related sales tools
- Ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented mindset
- A genuine passion for improving maternal and infant health through accessible and personalized virtual care
