Pomelo Care is a multidisciplinary team working to improve maternal and newborn outcomes through early engagement, risk assessment, and coordinated virtual care. Their evidence-based approach aims to reduce preterm births, NICU stays, c-sections, and maternal mortality while lowering healthcare costs. Pomelo operates at the intersection of clinical expertise and technology, serving families throughout pregnancy, NICU care, and the first year postpartum.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for clinicians across pilot programs
- Support clinicians by answering questions, providing feedback, and monitoring utilization
- Design and manage onboarding and training programs in partnership with the Training team
- Lead communication and change management for important updates and new processes
- Maintain an up-to-date clinician handbook with accurate program details and expectations
- Ensure clinicians meet documentation, quality, and partner requirements
- Use data to identify performance trends, coach clinicians, and escalate programmatic issues
- Build relationships with community clinician groups to support recruitment and market insight
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare environment as a clinician or as a team leader of clinicians
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust in virtual settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort with difficult conversations
- Proven ability to manage change across large frontline teams
- Strong ownership mindset with cross-functional problem-solving experience
- Exceptional project management and attention to detail
- Comfortable using data to guide prioritization and decisions
- Adaptable, organized, and effective in fast-paced environments
