Their technology-driven virtual care platform engages members early, identifies risks, and delivers coordinated care through pregnancy and the first postpartum year. The team includes clinicians, engineers, and problem-solvers united around improving outcomes at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide empathetic, solutions-focused support across email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot complex issues through independent and cross-functional problem solving
  • Build and maintain support templates, internal documentation, and client FAQs
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes for scalability
  • Manage the full ticket lifecycle in Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to relay feedback, reproduce bugs, and advocate for client needs

What You Need

  • 3 or more years in customer or client support, ideally in healthcare, tech, or a high-growth startup
  • Experience with Zendesk (or comparable help desk software), including macros and reporting
  • Consistent record of strong CSAT/NPS performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate evolving processes with independent thinking and critical problem solving
  • Comfort using data from ticket trends and response metrics to drive improvements
