Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on operational metrics for new business lines
- Support forecasting by identifying trends that inform monthly, quarterly, and annual projections
- Lead clinical team capacity planning for new program launches and ongoing delivery
- Use data to identify insights, operational bottlenecks, and areas for efficiency
- Own high-impact operational projects that improve care delivery workflows
- Communicate timelines, risks, and updates with cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Strategic Finance, Accounting, Partnerships, and Customer Success
- Build and refine operational processes to support scale and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- 2–4 years in a strategic analytical role (consulting, finance, or high-growth startup experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Metabase)
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and forecasting, including building flexible models
- Resourceful problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and independently finding answers
- Strong communicator who can synthesize complex insights clearly
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
- Comfort using a diverse toolkit—including AI—to optimize analysis and workflows
