Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm CT
- Remote; must have a reliable internet connection
- Occasional overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care services
- Educate families on available clinical and social support resources
- Achieve enrollment targets set by company KPIs
- Answer patient questions, address concerns, and guide them through next steps
- Document outreach activities with accurate and timely records
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community partners to support patient needs
- Assist families with scheduling appointments and follow-ups
- Manage inbound calls from interested patients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What You Need
- Strong communication skills with natural empathy and rapport-building ability
- Motivated by goals, metrics, and performance-based bonuses
- Excellent time-management and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team
- Passion for improving the healthcare experience for mothers and babies
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm CT
