What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to overdue accounts
- Help customers understand outstanding balances and establish payment arrangements
- Document call details for auditing and reporting
- Maintain accurate customer account information
- Communicate professionally and courteously during every interaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous collections experience required
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent listening, communication, and comprehension skills
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor
- Wired broadband internet (10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up minimum; no wireless, satellite, or dial-up)
- Ability to work from the residence listed in company records
