  • Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Private home workspace required
  • Company equipment provided

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with insurance-related questions, concerns, and product support
  • Document call details for auditing and reporting
  • Update customer information accurately
  • Recommend upgraded or additional services when appropriate
  • Handle ongoing phone and computer tasks throughout the workday

What You Need

  • Active Life and Health Insurance License in your state of residence
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Customer service or sales experience is helpful
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Wired broadband internet (10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up minimum; no wireless, satellite, or dial-up)
  • Ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
