What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with insurance-related questions, concerns, and product support
- Document call details for auditing and reporting
- Update customer information accurately
- Recommend upgraded or additional services when appropriate
- Handle ongoing phone and computer tasks throughout the workday
What You Need
- Active Life and Health Insurance License in your state of residence
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Wired broadband internet (10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up minimum; no wireless, satellite, or dial-up)
- Ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
