Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Texas preferred)
- Up to 50% travel for onsite workshops, integration sessions, and leadership meetings
- Collaboration across global and cross-functional teams
What You’ll Do
- Support Phase 2 M&A integration initiatives focused on operational efficiency, offshoring, and system enablement
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Prepare action plans, issue logs, meeting minutes, and executive status reports
- Coordinate weekly leadership updates across integration teams
- Assist in change management efforts and communication rollouts
- Collaborate with data and finance teams on synergy metrics and post-integration results
- Participate in site visits, operational assessments, and global working sessions
What You Need
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, transformation, or consulting
- Experience in M&A integration or large-scale change programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and project tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, RCM, or technology is a plus
- GTM or commercial operations experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in evolving environments
- Collaborative mindset with strong execution focus
