Schedule
- Part-time, 25 hours per week
- Fully remote
- Flexibility required to support meetings, document deadlines, and departmental needs
What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines for the Legal team
- Prepare, review, and format contracts, NDAs, and legal documents
- Maintain legal files and the contract management system within SharePoint
- Conduct basic legal research and compile materials for compliance and governance projects
- Track contract renewals, expirations, and key deliverables
- Draft and edit communications, memos, and correspondence
- Support due diligence, audits, and documentation requests
- Coordinate occasional travel for Legal leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and process sensitive information
- Handle mail, scanning, filing, and occasional errands
What You Need
- Experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Executive Assistant in a legal setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Knowledge of contract management tools and legal formatting standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to juggle shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Paralegal certification or coursework a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
